Really though, does anyone still use DeviantArt as a serious platform for networking and building an audience as an artist? I'm considering trying to sell some art/take commissions, while hunting for a Mortuary Sciences job.
I'm wondering if it would be a worthwhile endeavor to update my dA or if that would be a complete and utter waste of time.

IF YOU READ NOTHING ELSE OF THIS, PLEASE READ THIS BOLD PART: DOES ANYONE KNOW IF BED BUGS ARE DAMAGING TO ANIMAL HIDES/FURS OR HOW TO EFFECTIVELY GET RID OF THEM WITHOUT DAMAGING THE HIDES??? I'll have to do some research, but that's my biggest concern if I do indeed end up needing an exterminator (which I'm really fucking mad about).
